There are ferries running from Stone Town port to Dar es Salaam each day. The Flying Horse leaves Zanzibar at 10pm daily and gets to Dar Es Salaam at 6am in the morning ($15). If you want to get there faster, you should go with Sea Star or Sea Express ($20).
