Yes, you may take a dalla-dalla up to Marangu village. There you'll find some mean of transport to the Marangu gate and eventually park headquarters. If not, you'll just have to walk a 5km's distance, but it's a pretty steep walk. Hitchiking is a good option in this case, good luck
