Arusha's centre is fed up with dozens of Internet cafes and they all have about the same rate-$1 per hour. Tip: try to use the computers at Mac's or Dolly's Patisserie on Sokoine Rd. They have a very good connection there, it's a lot faster and the place is really nice, so you'd better go there.
